
Well, we have started to implement our lifestyle changes but it has not been at all easy but we are going along doing the best we can! The good news is that we both feel much healthier and have loads more energy. My husband’s indigestion is better than it was but his symptoms are not completely gone and he still relies on medication for relief.
So, we are now happy that we are tackling the obvious natural indigestion treatment and that is to make important lifestyle changes. We have changed our diet and we are tackling our bad habits – we are stopping smoking and we are avoiding excessive alcohol intake. We are also exercising more. I pointed out to my wife that a massive benefit of these natural indigestion treatments is that they tackle the root of the problem whereas over the counter medication simply eases symptoms and does not address the real cause of indigestion.
